A.C.L. Construction Ltd. (“ACL”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through aclconstructionltd.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Enquiries. When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and any company, project location and project details you provide.
• Investor updates. When you subscribe, we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, and a record of your consent.
• Site assistant. If you use the chat assistant, we collect the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, send investor updates you have asked for, operate and secure the Site, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Email updates and consent

We send news releases and investor updates only to people who have given express consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time on our unsubscribe page or by emailing info@aclcon.ca. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to updates.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to host the Site, store enquiries and subscriber records, send email and run the chat assistant. They process information only on our behalf and may store it on servers located outside British Columbia, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
