Project Scope
- Site preparation, stripping materials and trenching.
- Detailed Excavation of building foundation.
- Backfill and compaction of materials outside and inside building.
- Compaction of material and testing.
- Detail excavations for mechanical and electrical install inside building footprint.
- Finish grades with soil and seeding.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preconstruction meeting with the Owner & Engineer;
- Weekly meetings and progress updates;
- Updates when required to the Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered. Solutions provided as options when applicable;
- Construction coordination with other subtrades of GC’s.
- Quality management updates of construction progress and material installs;
- Coordination of third-party utilities;
- Site inspections with the Owner; and,
- Final walk through and completion of deficiencies in a timely manner.
