Project Scope
- Approximately 220 lm of asphalt pathway construction and 45 lm of gravel access road construction
- Installation of outfall structure with riprap erosion protection
- Fill and place gabion baskets
- Approximately 4310 m3 of earthworks excavation and disposal
- Automate water supply, monitor pump operation to ensure a constant water level
- Hauling rock for gabion baskets
Roles & Responsibilities
- Construct to engineer and owner design
- Pre-Construction meeting
- Weekly meetings and progress updates
- Updates when required to the Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered, provide solutions if required
- Quality management updates and quality control check sheets of construction progress and material installs
- Coordination of subcontractors to complete project works
