Project Scope
- Construct to MMCD Specifications
- Installation of 600 m of 600 mm sanitary manholes
- Installation of 250 m of 525 mm sanitary manholes and future stub outs
- Install 550 plus meters of 375 mm and 300 mm storm manholes, headwalls and catch basins
- Install 225 m of 300 mm water line and 3 Fire Hydrants and 2 Future service extensions
- Electrical included installation of BCH/TELUS and Shaw conduit and service box installs and light standard and light poles
- Complete road subgrade construction, granular hauling and compaction, pavement, curb and sidewalks
- Landscape – install root barriers and topsoil
Roles & Responsibilities
- Pre-construction meeting with the Main Contractor and the Owner
- Weekly meetings and progress updates
- Updates when required to the Main Contractor/Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered, provide solutions if required
- Quality management updates and quality control check sheets of construction progress and material installs
- Coordination with other subcontractors to complete project works
- Site inspections with the Main Contractor/Owner

As a local company it was an honor to complete Parkwood Drive which will be the main entry way to Fort St. John’s newest and largest master planned community.
