Project Scope
- Equipment mobilization/demobilization (x1) assuming work will be completed within one continuous operation without any interruptions or delays.
- Earthworks for subgrade preparation based on the quantities provided.
- Site stripping and any surplus excavated material from common excavation to be disposed of in a stockpile located on-site. Excludes any off-site trucking and dumping of surplus soils.
- Supply and installation of culvert and headwalls at 116 Street driveway entrance.
- Excavation and grading for the storm water detention pond. Excludes riprap lining as no details have been provided. Excludes supply and install of any perimeter fencing.
- Earthworks for Import & Place Engineered Fill
- Clean pit run to be used based on survey quantities at $61.50/m3
- Earthworks for Remove & Replace Unsuitable Subgrade (Optional Work)
- Clean pit run to be used based on survey quantities at $80/m3.
- Onsite water servicing works based on the quantities provided.
- Supply and installation of 100mm, 200mm and 250mm dia. watermain along with associated appurtenances.
- Supply and installation of Water Meter & DCVA Chambers.
- Assumes native trench backfill with exception for pipe bedding zone.
- Assumes any surplus excavated material from trench excavations to be disposed of in a stockpile located on-site.
- Onsite sanitary sewer servicing works based on the quantities provided.
- Supply and installation of 200mm dia. sanitary sewer piping along with associated 1,050mm dia. precast manholes.
- Includes connection to existing manhole on 105 Avenue.
- Supply and installation of catch basins and leads.
- Assumes native trench backfill with exception for pipe bedding zone.
- Assumes any surplus excavated material from trench excavations to be disposed of in a stockpile located on-site.
- Onsite storm piping works based on the quantities provided.
- Supply and installation of 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, and 375mm dia. storm piping along with associated 1,050mm dia. precast manholes.
- Supply and installation of 1,200mm dia. oil and grit separators.
- Supply and installation of catch basins and leads.
- Assumes native trench backfill with exception for pipe bedding zone.
- Assumes any surplus excavated material from trench excavations to be disposed of in a stockpile located on-site.
