Project Scope
- Earthworks for subgrade preparation
- Site stripping and any surplus excavated material from common excavation to be disposed of in a stockpile located on-site
- Supply and installation of culvert and headwalls at 116 Street driveway entrance
- Excavation and grading for the storm water detention pond
- Earthworks for import & place engineered fill
- Earthworks for remove & replace unsuitable subgrade
- Onsite water servicing work
- Supply and installation of 100mm, 200mm and 250mm watermain along with associated appurtenances
- Supply and installation of water meter & DCVA chambers
- Onsite sanitary sewer servicing works
- Supply and installation of catch basins and leads
- Onsite storm piping works
Roles & Responsibilities
- Pre-Construction meeting & pre-job hazard assessment
- Construct to engineer and owner design
- Weekly meetings and progress updates
- Updates when required to the Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered, provide solutions if required
- Quality management updates and quality control check sheets of construction progress and material installs
- Coordination of subcontractors to complete project works
