Project Scope
- Construct to British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure Specifications, 2020 Edition.
- Line existing 3900 mm diameter SPCSP by 39.8 m invert length with a 3300 mm CSP by 53 m invert length and grout in place;
- Concrete collars installed at inlet and outlet ends of 3300 mm CSP;
- 1000 kg Ripap armoring place at outlet end and 800 kg riprap armoring placed at inlet end;
- Install precast concrete block wall at outlet end;
- Completed side slope improvements to reinforce slope integrity at outlet end and place 150 mm granular cover; and,
- Place topsoil and Hydroseed.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preconstruction meeting with the Owner, Fiel Engineer and Environmental Monitor;
- Weekly meetings and progress updates;
- Updates when required to the Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered. Solutions provided as options when applicable;
- Quality management updates of construction progress and material installs;
- Coordination of subcontractors to complete project works;
- Coordination of third-party utilities such as BC Hydro, Pacific Northern Gas, Northwestel, Shaw, etc.;
- Site inspections with the Owner; and,
- Final walk through and completion of deficiencies in a timely manner.
