Project Scope
- Pre-construction meeting with Owner
- Mobilize equipment to remote location
- Clear vegetation, site stripping, stockpile soil for future remediation
- Level site to grade, removing hills, constructing pits, ensuring pad is fit for heavy equipment
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preconstruction meeting with the Owner & Field Engineer
- Weekly meetings and progress updates
- Updates when required to the Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered, provide solutions if required
- Ensure operators tickets and training is up to date
- Site inspections with the Owner and Field Engineer
