Project Scope
- Excavate and place fill
- Beaver Dam removal
- Prepare the subgrade of the bank protection
- Placement of rip rap protection along the prepared grade
- Isolation included the installation of meter bags filled with granular material and a polyethylene sheet along the project footprint to create a passive diversion
- Passive diversion, fish salvage in the project footprint and site dewatering
- Backfilling with approved material
- Install rip rap to shore and protect the new embankment fill
Roles & Responsibilities
- Pre-Construction meeting & pre-job hazard assessment
- Construct to engineer and owner design
- Weekly meetings and progress updates
- Updates when required to the Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered, provide solutions if required
- Quality management updates and quality control check sheets of construction progress and material installs
- Coordination of subcontractors to complete project works
