Project Scope
- Site preparation, stripping materials and trenching
- Installation of sanitary lines, manholes and valving within trenches up to 2m in depth
- Tie in utilities with new and existing services
- Haul drain rock to site from gravel pit
- Backfilling materials
- Compaction of materials and compaction testing
- Finish grades with soil and seeding
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preconstruction meeting with the Owner
- Weekly meetings and progress updates
- Updates when required to the Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered, provide solutions when required
- Coordinating deliveries and supply orders
- Quality management updates of construction progress and material installs
- Coordination of third-party utilities
- Interface with other subtrades on site
- Site inspections with the Owner
