Project Scope
- Constructed to BC MoTI 2020 Standard Specifications for Highway Construction
- Site clearing and grubbing
- Type D organic stripping, onsite re-use or disposal
- Excavation of slide area for installment
- Place gravels for road structure and compact to specifications
- Regrade ditches and ensure positive drainage away from slide area
- Place jersey barriers along road edge
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preconstruction meeting with the Owner
- Weekly meetings and progress updates
- Updates when required to the Owner regarding technical or site issues or discrepancies encountered, provide solutions if required
- Quality management updates and quality control check sheets of construction progress and material installs
- Coordination of subcontractors to complete project works
- Site inspections with the Owner
